My Dearest Nan !!!
If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly and pray the Lord your soul to keep.
If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door,I would give you a hug and kiss
and call you back for one more.
If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,
I would video tape each action and word, so I could play them back day after day.
If I knew it would be the last time,
I could spare an extra minute or two,to stop and say that "I love you,"
Instead of assuming that you KNOW I do.
If I knew it would be the last time I would be there to share your day,
and not to get a second chance to make everything alright.
There's another day to say our "I love you's,"
And certain not another chance to say our"Anything I can do's."
I never quessed il be wrong, and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I love you and hope we never forget.
Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance you get to hold your loved one tight.
So, if you're waiting for tomorrow, why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes, you'll surely regret the day,
That you didn't take that extra time for a smile, a hug, or kiss,

Nan, I dont really know what or how to say anything. The main thing i want to say is I Love You and thats forever and ever. Thankyou for everything, all them times me and Luke used to stay with you in the school holidays, they were the best because they were with you and grandad. You were the one that gave me the rides on the buses and now you can watch over me when im on them as im older. I will always think of you when im on them or waiting for one, which isnt very often but ill always be thinking of you anyway. Thankyou for everything, i will be with you again someday. Nan Thank you For everthing, you and Grandad have been my other Mum and Dad and from the bottom of my heart and soul and until the day i die you have inspired me to be the best dad i could ever hope or imagine to be and at my last breath if my two beautiful children who i live every moment for can say, He was a fantastic Dad we could not have asked him for any more and we will miss him every day then thanks to you nan i will have been the best man i could ever be.
